There are many ways to help out in our clinics and in the villages!

Our projects cannot be carried out without the services of our dedicated volunteer medical and non-medical personnel.

Non-Medical Personnel:

Non-medical support staff are welcome; these staff are needed to help with minor renovations to existing buildings, painting, setting up the clinic prior to opening, traveling around the region discussing clinic services with outlying settlements, and interpreter services for the medical staff. No prior experience in the developing world is needed, except for a sense of adventure and fun! Your life will never be the same again!!

Medical Personnel:

Medical personnel are asked to spend at least two weeks at the clinic site to assure a valuable experience to both yourselves and the patients. We are currently in need of pediatricians, family practitioners, pediatric residents, and medical students. No prior experience in tropical medicine is necessary, though knowledge in basic child health is highly recommended.

Accommodation is provided locally for the duration of the stay. Be aware, these are rural villages and the accommodations may be rustic compared to western standards. All travel expenses are the responsibility of the volunteer; however our office can assist you in making your travel arrangements. In special circumstances, grants may be available to defray some costs, please contact us for further information.
