In the Spring of 2008, 4 students from Westminster College went with their advisor, Dr. Robert Hansen, to Kibungo, Rwanda. After returning home to Missouri, they used their experiences to mobilize their community, Fulton/Callaway County, Missouri, USA, to help a community they have never seen 8000 miles away. They have joined as Sister Cities with Kibungo, Rwanda, and are raising money to build the much needed Karama Children's and Mothers' Heath Center through the work of Humanity for Children. Through this collaboration, we at Humanity for Children will be starting work on our newest and most ambitious project over the next few months. This clinic will serve a region of over 100,000 people. Please join us and Callaway County in making this much needed Children's and Mother's Medical Center a reality by donating to the Callaway2Kibungo Project for Peace or Humanity for Children and forwarding this video to others that may be interested in helping those in need. All donations made to H4C are fully tax deductible.
